“Not everyone needs the same thing. Some clients want to share a professional connection and to see that we truly understand them. If you can recognize that and meet them where they are, it makes the job easier and improves relationships.”

“There was a time when we were doing a lot of work for vape shops, then distilleries, and then flooring companies. It seems like every so often, one industry surges, and then another takes its place.”

“Honestly, there isn’t one major trend across the board. We work with such a broad range of clients that there’s always variety in what they need.”
